A downloadable game for Windows

“Red Horror” is a single-player 3D indie horror game where you play as Avery, a new farmer based in the outback during the 1880s. After moving in they start to notice strange things occurring around their new estate.  After the monster attacks Avery’s chickens late at night, they must scour the farm for the ritual objects mentioned in a book they found to banish it.

This project was based around a PS1 art style, as well as being made in 2 weeks for an internal game jam!

Red Terror? Red Horror? Not a bad little horror game, I had fun playing it, could see where it would creep and get to some people but I feel it just needs a little more meat

Had no problem finding the items, just took a moment to figure out there locations, so that was good.

I always enjoy this style of visuals, very well done there!

So, as it is right now, I did have fun, I can see where it could get some people, its got the start to something more terrifying and not bad for a made in two weeks game.
My thoughts and such are at the end of the video.

Just needs some more spooky filler meat.

Good Job Hayden McCormack and Team!

Great. game! I was raging quite a bit when I played it lool

Great game well done

The monster design scared the living soul out of me - excellent job. Although, need a little fix up with the item management.

Definitely a must play horror. The visuals were bizarre, eerie, very reminiscent of older PSX games and I enjoyed the ambience as well. Sound design was clean, not issues there. My only minor complaint would be adding the list for the items or at least giving a specific direction of what item to find. That's it.

Best of luck with the future developments. Cheers!

Thanks for giving our game a play!! Loved seeing your playthrough and appreciate your feedback on it, will definitely consider it moving forward ^.^
